Remember those great big red jaw-breakers. Anytime you need to get rid of some stress, put one of those in your mouth and TRY to work it down to nothing. If the cinnimon doesn't burn the skin off of your cheeks from the inside, your not working it hard enough. By dinner time you will have discovered the stress is in the part of the jaw-breaker you had to take out to preserve your well being.
